- By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.
- If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commissionGENERAL
- I reserve the right to reject/cancel/refund any order at any time for any reason
- I retain copyrights over the commissioned artworks
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned work online as well as a part of my portfolio
- I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artworks
- I do not give permission to use my art in AI generators or NFT
- I do not use AI technology in my illustrations
- Commissions are not first come first serve. I will check whether I can deliver the best result for your request before accepting
- You reserve the right to share your commissioned piece on any of your personal social media platforms
- You may NOT use the commissioned artworks as a means to make profits in any shape or form (such as reselling the commissioned piece in any kind of physical merch, uploading it to POD services, etc)
- All commissions are done in the style of my portfolio. Facial features will be adjusted accordingly and is not 100% accurate to the original reference
- I will not accept request of commission in other art styleCOMMERCIAL USE
- Personal streamer branding (profile picture, banner art, non-promotion illustration, etc.) is considered personal use
- Permanent streamer branding (Opening/ending screen on Twitch/Youtube, thumbnail, merch design, promotional art, etc.) is considered commercial use and will be charged 1.5x-3x of total pricePAYMENTS
- Full payment only for SKEB commission and 50/50 or full payment for standard commissionPROCESS
- Once put on the waitlist, you should expect 1-2 months depending on factors such as political environment, and health1. STANDARD COMMISSION
- A sketch will be sent within 7 days after payment is made. The rendering process may take up to 7 days after the sketch is approved. In total, you should expect 12-14 days to complete their illustration
- After the sketch is approved, only minor revision is allowed such as details, color adjustment, etc. Unless a misunderstanding from my side is made
- If you wish to change the drawing after the sketch is approved, there will be a fee charged depending on the complexity
- I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it2. SKEB STYLE COMMISSION
- Finished product will be delivered within 7-14 days after payment is made
- There will be no revision allowed during or after the product is finished
- You are prohibited from sending extra requests after your commission is submitted
- I do not have to follow specific instructions such as file format, composition, character, resolution, etc.
- There will be no objection to the final product even if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the workREFUNDS
- If for any reason I am unable to start the commission, a refund will be given at a maximum of 90% depending on the progress of the commission
- A refund may be requested if I have not started the commission yet
- Once I have finished your commission, there are absolutely NO refunds
- If you require a refund, do not request a chargeback. I will transfer the money myself
- If a chargeback is issued, you will lose the aforementioned rights and I will decline the request
- I will provide Paypal with proof of our conversation and the agreement that contacting me means that you have read my ToS
- Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address including side accounts
